As of today, Fixmo has discontinued the Fixmo Tools, Fixmo Extend, and Fixmo Web Messenger for BBM mobile apps. It’s been a great ride and we received amazing response to these products over the years, but we’ve decided to realign all of our efforts behind developing best-in-class mobile security and risk management solutions for enterprise and government. So as of today, these apps will no longer be available.
Fixmo Tools for BlackBerry was the first mobile app that we developed and pushed out into the market. It was a powerful personal productivity and security tool, and some may say that the Mail Compliance Manager feature is what really got us started down the path to where we are today! We learned a lot, and subsequently released Fixmo Extend and Fixmo Web Messenger for BBM, both aimed at making the laptop a more natural extension to your smartphone (or vice versa, depending on how you used the products).
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers and partners who helped to make Fixmo Tools, Fixmo Extend and Fixmo Web Messenger very successful apps and a tremendous start to our business. The time has come for us to focus all of our energy on the rapidly emerging mobile security and risk management market for enterprises, government agencies and wireless operators.
