The SIM only mobile operator giffgaff has just announced that it will now offer full BlackBerry services for the first time. Now giffgaff subscribers will have access to BlackBerry smartphones and can take advantage of  BlackBerry Messenger, BlackBerry (push) emails and  (BIS) BlackBerry Internet Service.
