Ez E Designz has released a new theme called Options that allows you to opt for style, color, and fluidity on your BlackBerry phone. If you like the ability to change the colors of your home screen banners, you will enjoy the endless combinations of Options. A hide-able dock and hide-able clock are also a part of this theme. Let’s see how many different ‘Options” you can find for yourself. Use them to find your inner artist.
In the screen shot above, you will see several choices you can make right off the bat. The first is the OCD slot. (here-BeWeather, sold separately). Also, you can hide the dock if you prefer, although I love the full-size icons for a change. The clock is the most noticeable option you have. You may hide it as well. The battery and signal meters are represented by the single digits in each corner.
Or hide everything and just leave the OCD and the notification bar. A very simple and clean home screen that rivals the minimalist themes built right into Options. See how creative you can be. What can you construct?
OK, as you can see, the OCD slot is hidden and my banners have changed colors! What’s great about Options is that you have the opportunity to change each banner to a different color. Become an artistic force in the BlackBerry world. Change the face of your home screen. The control panel allows lots of variations. Here is a look at the panel which you access with Alt +/-.
As you can see, all those colors! WooHoo. If you love changing wallpaper, you will positively adore changing the banner and notification area to match your carefully chosen wallpaper. There are 8 colors from which to choose and you also have the “option” to turn on and off the clock, dock and OCD icon. The possibilities are endless and could occupy me for the entire day. (Can you tell I am addicted to my themes?)
The calling screens are custom work and are a very classy design consisting of the transparent glass bubbles on black backgrounds. The apps screen is black with a starlit pattern and a smokey focus icon. The menus are gloss black with a gloss gradient silver highlight. I love this color combo as it is so easy to see in the sunlight or outdoors. All in all, the artistic work shows in this theme. Now take the hint and start creating some artwork of your own!
