Native e-mail client and PIM for PlayBook still on track for late summer release

I’ve been informed by a friend, who works for BlackBerry, that we can still expect to see a native e-mail client and PIM software on its way to the BlackBerry PlayBook before the end of summer. Although Android support was also on the list for summer release, we shouldn’t count it out altogether. There is still a good possibility that we’ll see the Android Market on our PlayBooks before the summer is over. If your wondering what PIM Is, it stands for Personal Information Manager. For BlackBerry, that includes the Address Book, Calendar, Memopad, and Tasks. As I mentioned earlier this month, August promises to be a good month for BlackBerry fans.
