BlackBerry Priv Durability Test Shows The Smartphone Getting Scratched, Burnt and Bent

Mostly everyone wonders how durable the smartphone they’re interested in getting is. I do and you most likely do too. It’s not uncommon to see YouTubers put their smartphone through torture by scratching it, dropping it and even driving a car over it.

The YouTuber JerryRigEverything has uploaded a durability test for the BlackBerry Priv testing out how well it does when it’s being scratched, burned and bent. You can watch the video below.

BlackBerry Priv – Scratch Test, Burn Test, Bend Test :

The BlackBerry Priv did do well. Car keys won’t be scratching the Android powered handset and it’ll take applied force from a really sharp object to do it noticeable damage. Unfortunately, the keys can be dug out and the rear-facing camera can be scratched.

The screen did pretty well when going up against a lighter. The phone does bend (either when bending it while the slider keyboard is in or out) and it can possibly break if too much force is used to bend it. That is to be expected from smartphone with a slide-out keyboard.
