Theme junkies- hold on to your BlackBerries!!! Raypho, master theme creator, has released a new theme named Trail and it is sure to be a winner. Trail uses a transparent bar of information across the upper third of the home screen. You do not need to move to your app screen much, as Trail also includes a hideable dock with 7 icons.
The first thing you notice are the four little icons at the bottom of the screen. They control whatever you need to do. The corner shaped icon to the outermost left turns on the dock. The T shows the Today screen. The cloud with a snowflake symbol shows the weather slot and the circle with the line through it turns everything OFF. So you may set up your screen in any way you like.
The icons are custom and unusual. The fonts used for the date and time and meters are script and not the average fonts either. In the notification bar at the top, we see signal and battery strength in a single number as in many of Raypho’s themes. The apps screen is plain black and your icons will pop against the backdrop. Menus are black with a gray gradient highlight and therefore, any wallpaper on the home screen is all the color you need for this theme. Everything else is plain enough to allow you to go wild up front.
The theme looks great with almost any wallpaper and is one that I keep going back to use. Trail is elegant and sleek and a must-have!
