A slip-up tweet has been removed by BlackBerry Mexico which stated that in the coming weeks we would see BB10 land on the PlayBook tablet. If for real, users will be able to upgrade their existing PlayBooks to BlackBerry 10 very soon!
Also, a private developer is working on porting BlackBerry 10 to the PlayBook and has gone as far as a BB10 bootscreen. You can check the video below of the boot screen in action.
The new platform is extremely flexible in how and what can be developed for BlackBerry 10 so don’t be fooled, this can be a “BB10 Bootup” app developed for the PlayBook. Although, the developer claims this is stage 1 and believes he can take it further. Check below for what he had to say on the progress.

Whether all of this is true or not, it sure brings excitement to the table not to mention it shows just how high the demand to bring BlackBerry 10 to the PlayBook is.
