Problems Never End

First, take a deep breath. Second, think about the best day of your life and realize that life isn’t designed to be perfect and presto, we can all breath knowing that we’ll get through this. I’m speaking to you about some of the negative things that I have been dealing with. Now, I’m not heart broken but, I am upset. If you’re like me and have been putting up with RIM for quite some time, keep reading.

So, I’m connecting my PlayBook to my PC and it doesn’t work. I removed the old desktop manager to install the newer version and it doesn’t recognize my PlayBook. Turns out, when you install desktop manager, it resets the connection settings for the PC to connect to the tablet. So, after the flush of ignorance, I feel relieved…

I remove my Torch from the charger this morning(0630) and my battery’s showing a stunning 100%. It’s now 1200 and I’m showing about 40%; used it for about 2 hours and had it on standby for the remaining. I make one phone call, which lasts for about 10 minutes, use a couple of apps over 3G and *phone vibrates* I get the 10% battery remaining notification. Now, I’m using a theme, so I can give the Torch some slack since 3rd party battery meters aren’t as accurate. What tears me down is that before 3PM today, my battery is screaming near 4%. I turn off 3G and data services all together just to salvage what little juice I have left. I’d like to know what the sudden issue is…by the way, I did read the recent post about the Torch and it’s apparent battery crisis and this OS was great on battery a week ago…

I wish I could show you how bad my experience with any recent my BlackBerrys has been. T-Mobile lacks 3G so I get At&t but they lack good calling and a device with efficient battery. I want the Bold 9900 but RIM is holding out. My first PlayBook crashed and my second one collects dust unless I’m taking a shower(music playing) or excel to go (updating my checkbook)…

Sigh…
