Great news for WIND Mobile users, as you can see from their tweet above mentioning that their users can now download paid apps and have it charged to their monthly bill or pre-paid credit. Hopefully all carriers around the globe jump on board and give BlackBerry users this privilege as it is good for developers, users and also carriers themselves.
