This case should raise questions in the next couple of days within RIM officials. According to the report, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer was detained on Nov. 22 over leaking confidential information to BlackBerry makers, Research In Motion. The Delhi police had him booked under the Prevention of Corruption Act. The leaked information is in connection to mobile number portability, whatever the true legalistic definition of that means. The person responsible for leaking the info has been named as Ravi Inder Singh. According to the  indian police report, the First Information Report (FIR), they reported that Inder Singh would meet with Research in Motion executives at 5 star hotels.
