A great new theme has just been recently discovered on the forums. The theme is Ederra Premium by AG Designs and Graphics. It allows you a clean view of your wallpaper but still manages to pull up a double dock for usefulness. And Ederra does so with style.
Click for more pictures and info!Let’s examine the upper banner. Time, date, profile icon, signal meters, battery indicator and an OCD slot are all tucked away in the banner. I put my paid BerryWeather icon up there. The banner is transparent so you may see through to your wallpaper. At the bottom of the home screen, there are three tiny arrows. When you scroll down, the docks pop up.
OK, so 12 icons and all the indicators, meters and OCD slot you need. Never have to leave the home screen. And you have to admit, it’s damn pretty!
There are a number of shortcuts in the banner as well. The time leads to the Clock app, the date leads to the Calendar app. If you click on the notification bar, you are sent to your Inbox. Perfect! Perfect! I always as for this customization when I buy a theme and it comes here included! Bravo! The signal meter leads to the Manage Connections. And of course, change Sound Profiles with the Profile icon.
The apps screen is a gloss black and your icons pop. The icons are the OS7 ones, fill size and the focus icon clearly visible. If there’s anything that makes it difficult to navigate your phone, it’s a focus icon that doesn’t quite help you find your bearings. Not so here. Ederra is classy and simple.
The theme is smooth and fast. No lag on my 9650 and stunning-looking, yes! A wallpaper maven’s dream, Ederra will beautify your BlackBerry phone in an instant. It may be a premium but it is well worth the small price. I have tried over 200 themes, many premiums and this one is worth it’s salt for sure!
