During the BlackBerry Jam Session at SXSW we spoke briefly about the upcoming BlackBerry World conference that is set to take place in Florida, May 1-3. When asked if we would see a physical build of the first BlackBerry 10 smartphone Alex K’s response to me was “go, just go” which hints that RIM has a big surprise for its users. At BlackBerry World 2011 we saw a glimpse of the first touch screen BlackBerry Bold, the 9900. Things were pretty crazy then so we can just imagine what the atmosphere will be like if RIM unveils its first “SuperPhone” which will be powered by QNX.
