Dodge, Mopar to Launch Mobile App for BlackBerry and More

Dodge and Mopar have just announced together it will launch a smartphone app for BlackBerry, iPhone, and Android that will offer access to a new bundle of services available for all Dodge vehicles. The app will be available for free and will initially be released for the new Dodge Durango and Charger owners, while starting mid-January it will be also compatible with Avenger, Journey and Grand Caravan.

Services included in the package feature access to Customer Care and 24-hour road-side assistance, product-feature video demonstrations and connections with other owners via the company’s brands on social media sites. In addition, each application will offer details such as vehicle operating instructions, vehicle maintenance schedules, service contract details, warning lights and controls, warranty information and customer assistance.
