The unannounced BlackBerry Curve 9300 that surfaced earlier this month is makin headlines again today. The almighty FCC has taken a look at the specs, and things are looking good for RIMs new device. The FCC approved the 9300 Curve branded model, which  includes support for CDMA and AWS bands. With AWS,  it may launch on some of the AWS-packing regionals like MetroPCS. We know that T-Mobile is going to be get the Curve 9300, but it is still unknown as to which other carriers will be getting the CDMA 9330.

The new device appears to carry a few characteristics as the 85xx series, with a few physical differences. It is still unofficial as to what OS platform the 9300 will run, as we hope to see OS6 on it.
