Not long ago RIM and Best Buy were running a promotion where customers could pick up and order a BlackBerry PlayBook for as little as $199 for the 16 GB version. Fast forward to a few weeks later and we still have the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet as being “Sold Out” online but with the discount no longer in effect. I’ve called a few Best Buy outlets across Texas just out of curiosity so if you’re lucky enough, a store might have it available for store pickup in your local area.
If you plan on picking up a PlayBook for a discounted price, you might want to find another option such as Amazon or you can wait and see if Best Buy offers this deal again.
