Addictive Tower Defense, the name does the Game justice. After only 20 minutes into Addictive Tower Defense, the addictive elements of the game got me and suddenly I was hooked. ATD isn’t your average, traditional tower defense game… It’s a lot more! Great graphics, smooth gameplay and cool features is what really got me hooked.
Now if you are new to Tower defense games here’s a brief description from wikipedia: “The goal is to try to stop enemies from crossing the map by building towers which shoot at them as they pass. Enemies and towers usually have varied abilities and costs. When an enemy is defeated, the player earns money or points, which are used to buy or upgrade towers”
Looking into ATD, the game offers a wide range of different towers. Each tower acts differently towards the types of units on the field. All of the towers can be upgraded wich makes the tower stronger against the invading forces. As I mentioned, ATD comes packed with a lot of great and useful features.The two I like the most are
- The ability to save the game that you are currently playing (used for when you finally go to bed after a day of playing ATD)
- And the option to pause the game in session which comes in handy when you need to go to the bathroom after 3 hours of playing!
The Scores option provides you with both local (Games played on your BB) and online (the scores of all ATD players).The game also allows you to download new maps to assure the game never gets boring, quite nice if you ask me.
My overall personal opinion is that Addictive Tower Defense is a great and challenging game which I recommend to all of you.
