Looks like Telus in Canada has started to take pre-registration for the new BlackBerry Q10. Telus has stated that the Q10 should have a release date of somewhere in the mid April or May time frame. There is no mention of pricing as of yet.
Head over to the Telus site here to pre-register. Right now they are just requesting all your contact info so they can reach you once they get the release dates.
