I’ve been confused all day and now I’m confused even more. At the crack of dawn, BR posted a pic of what ‘would be’ a Storm 3 concept. After a full day of excitement, I head over to BGR to scope out some NON-BlackBerry related material and to my surprise, an exclusive BlackBerry article is gleaming in face. As I look at the photo, it’s clearly the same photo that was sent to Ronen, only come to find out, that device is NOT the Storm 3, I repeat myself once again, the device in the photo, is not the Storm 3.

BGR posted that they have seen the “Storm 3” and you’ll read why I put that in quotes in just a sec. BGR claims the 3 almost physically resembles the BlackBerry Storm 2, slimmed down. It will have 512MB of RAM running on BlackBerry 6. As for Surepress, EXPECT it to have Surepress. So the quoted “Storm 3” seems like it is just going to be a Storm 2 refresh, as we are coming to see in the 9700/ 9780.
So as for the photo sent to BerryReview, what on Earth is this thing? It is either one hell of a shop job, or could this really be the Storm 3? This next Quarter around the Holiday season, we might see the Refreshed Storm 2 come out, so the device pictured, might really be the Storm 3 coming in the following quarter in 2011. OR I can start my own theory and say the refreshed storm IS called 3, and the one pictured is the Storm 4 😀 Hell I dont know, the only thing to do is wait and see.
