RIM to Lower Service Fees as Second US Government Agency Leaves BlackBerry

Research In Motion, Ltd (RIM) is now planning on lowering fees that it charges to carriers to prevent major BlackBerry Enterprise customers from leaving.  This decision comes after the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms decided to leave BlackBerry.
