Camera for Facebook, Camera for Twitter and Silent Foto ready for BB10!

Our friends at S4BB let us know that they released updates to Camera for Facebook, Camera for Twitter and Silent Foto, making them BB10-ready.

The new update makes these handy apps now compatible with BlackBerry® 10. Camera for Facebook & Camera for Twitter allow you to take and share photos within one app. Silent Foto enables you to take photos without annoying shutter sound.

All mentioned apps are compatible with BlackBerry® 6 and up & BlackBerry® 10.

The updates to the three apps can be downloaded on BlackBerry App World™:

I hadn’t heard of Silent Foto until now. I was under the impression that a shutter sound was mandatory to allow people to be aware that their picture was taken–prevent surrepticious (possibly illicit) photography.

  Yeah, that’s one of the reasons why the shutter sound is placed, but some people still prefer to have the option to remove it. That’s why apps like Silent Foto are popular. Of course, let’s hope that such apps aren’t misused to take such photos you mentioned. =)
