The 2013 BlackBerry Live Conference (former BlackBerry World, former WES) countdown has reached its one week mark which will kickoff with a welcome reception (6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) on Monday, May 13th and the opening general session keynote set to begin at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning. The excitement is building and sessions are filling up quickly so if you have not scheduled your sessions make sure to do so through this year’s catalog. The 2013 sessions lineup includes some must-see sessions such as a 45 min sit-down with Alicia Keys, BlackBerry Creative Director, to discuss women in the technology world and BlackBerry 10 Tips and Tricks from the Pros hosted by Michael Clewley, Director of Handheld Software Product Management and Jeff Gadway, Senior Manager of Brand & Marketing Communication as the Q10 and Z10 will be displayed at full force.

There will be lots of sessions to attend and special programs going on but probably the biggest is the Keep Moving Experience project produced by Alicia Keys which includes performances from Alicia Keys herself, Miguel, Maria Gadú and more. Transportation will be provided beginning at 6:30 p.m. and will land at Universal Studios where the event will take place.
